Arrest on Marble Arch

On the evening of Sunday 14th December 2025, Ward Officers from the Hyde Park and Marylebone Neighbourhood Policing Teams were conducting patrols around Marble Arch. 

A male decided to try and flee from the officers on foot after being spotted, but after a chase he was detained and found to be Wanted for breaches related to the Sex Offender's Register, and also for Recall to Prison. He was arrested and taken into custody.

This has removed a violent sex offender from our streets, and is part of the ongoing work being done by your Neighbourhood Policing Teams to clean up Marble Arch, following repeated reports of Antisocial Behaviour, Drug Use/Supply and Violence.
